Lovely friendly owners, extremely comfortable, exceptional location within extremely close to bus station, owner came to collect us from the bus, the garden is full of grape vines, jacuzzi in bathroom, Komiza is wonderful.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful! The apartment was huge! It had a jacuzzi and a beautiful rooftop to enjoy the evening sunshine. The family that run this place were fantastic, really very friendly and a lot more than pleased to help with anything we needed! They gave us good local advice and even picked us up when we got off the bus which we were not expecting! The apartment is really near to the primary town and is up a pretty steep incline so be guaranteed to prepare for that! We had 2 nights here due to the fact we wanted to visit the blue cave but sad to say there was terrible wind the night just before and we couldn&'t go in (some of the other islands run excursions here too) which was disappointing but unavaoidable.

We have only the greatest to say about Komia as a whole (all necessary facilities) and especially about the Pepe apartments. We had everything we needed and if we didn&'t, we just had to ask. as nicely as the most critical for us was the welcome and care offered to us by Perina, our landlady, always smiling and ready to help or willing to learn. She took us one pretty afternoon, by car with her son, to her native village and Tito&'s cave and even fed us once in a while; what else could we ask for! A amazing 6-day stay and we sure hope to go there again one day.

We had been in contact through email with the owners of the property, who had been quite helpful from the start. They met us at the bus station exactly where we were dropped off in Komiza and walked us up to the apartments. The family gave us a really warm welcome and offered to take us on a tour of the village and on other outings. We did not take them up on these offers, but we appreciated their hospitality. We stayed in apartment 3, which was really spacious, with a large room, kitchen, and bathroom, and with a nice balcony with table and chairs and a great view. Location was great - just a brief walk downhill to the water and close to the bus stop, an outdoor market, tourist / excursion companies, and also the numerous cafe bars and restaurants.

Very friendly/helpful owners. Clean characterful room. Only 5 minues from center of village. The cooking area was greater stocked than mine at home and they had helpfully supplied coffee. Would definitely stay again.

We liked the apartment, unexpectedly modern, really spacious and with a JACUZZI! The owners are really friendly and Antonio is also really very helpful!

We had some fantastic days with the Pepes family. Extremely central and basic access. The owners are great and there house extremely personal. The town is comforting and somehow cute.
