The owner andro was incredibly helpful - collected us from the bus station, and took us back on our departure. He welcomed us with homemade drinks and strudel :) and gave us lots of local info - his restaurant and transport recommendation/info was really good. The room was really spacious, nicely equipped and clean - with a stunning balcony. The shared cooking area was also great as being on a budget it was really good to be able to cook our own food.

Amazing spot to stay on hvar. Andro made is really feel really welcome and is an superb host offering us a beer on arrival, homemade strudel and lift to the bus station. The apartment was spotlessly clean and extremely spacious. Pleasant 15 minute walk into town if hvar. Would highly recccomend this place!

The owner picked us up from the pier. He was super warm and friendly and nice telling us a lot about te city. Very helpful. Location is good. Not too far from the city nor beach. Very clean the apartment with good facilities. Cozy kitchen area. Alles gut

I can&'t suggest this apartment enough, it quite honestly made our stay at Hvar sublime. We arrived at the ferry port in which the guy who ran the apartment was waiting to pick us up. He then took us to the apartment and gave us a beer on arrival and sat us down, giving us all the information we would ever need to know about Hvar. The apartment was then fantastic, lovely balcony, large bedroom, massive bathroom, super shared kitchen, a lot of hot water, clean and friendly. It was just so welcoming, we borrowed snorkelling equipment, he gave us lifts into town, and even brought up slices of cheesecake after their household meal. The eating places he suggested were awesome and he was so helpful when planning our days in Hvar. From Hvar we were travelling to Brac (Bol) which only has a connecting ferry at 6. 00 am, to save us from getting up early, the guy who ran Komazin actually organised a private boat (for less costly than the ferry price) and drove us to the destination of the private boat. The destination was a 40 minute drive away and he asked for no extra money. He then came down to the boat with us (carrying all our luggage) and saw us depart. It must have taken about two hours out of his day. I have been on numerous cruises and i have never in my life experienced such genuine hospitality. My boyfriend and I fell i really like with the spot and consequently Hvar, I just would never stay anywhere else. It is a downhill ten minute walk to the center and perfectly located next to a low-cost supermarket. I think this spot is perfect for any type of holiday and we never wanted to leave. I literally can not thank the Komazin enough for our stay in Hvar. You just have to book it!

Andro is the most helpful host you&'ll find. He picked us up and dropped us off for the ferryboat at no cost in which time we enjoyed chatting to him about Croatian sports and all points Hvar. The apartment itself was really nice, clean and recently fitted with a balcony for breakfast.
