The location is very good, near the beach and close-ish to a bus station for the old town. For a fee of 25 euro they will drive you to the airport if they can.

This is a great place to stay. Close to the beach Capa Cabana (about 10 min, first 2 min downhill) along with the marketplace Pemo (2-3 min). Has no cost wifi, great owners, can pick you up and drop at the airport for a fee.

First impressions was really good, was greeted by evo when we arrived who offered us a nice cold drink. apartment was really spacious and also plenty of space outside within the patio areas. just a ten minute walk to the copacabana beach which was not to crowded with a pretty outlook.

The property has a pretty environment along with the whole household is very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them! They provided us with welcome drinks and food, spent time chatting to us and even cooked for the travelers one night and included everyone in their household meal. Totally pretty experience. The lodging itself is in an outstanding location, very near Lapad beaches, stores and cafes and with good links to the Old Town. Having been prior to to Dubrovnik and taken in the points of interest previously we found it a brilliant location - away from all of the hustle and bustle but with plenty of entertainment.

The owner was really extremely friendly and helpful (even if you arrive soon after midnight and leave prior to 6 am. XD) ! The house is situated in a quiet residential area, thus there is no noises during the night. The terrace is extra nice, you can sit there inside the shade. There is all you need inside the kitchen, you can do your laundry washing as you wish, everything is clean.

Such warm and friendly people run this guest house! We felt so welcomed, it was almost like staying with long lost relatives. Kitchen, Balcony, fridges and fans within the rooms. It was all really very nice.
