Very friendly atmosphere, greeted and given homemade lemonade on arrival. Rooms large, spacious and really clean. Bathroom shower is very good and, again, clean. Pretty large kitchen. Location is good, About 15 mins from the old town and some lovely little secluded beaches. Great eating places nearby (Fjelica && Pizzeria Falcone). Considering how expensive Dubrovnik is, this gives you lovely rooms, and a cozy feel in a very good location. Would suggest anyone considering Dubrovnik to stay here.

I loved this place! It was so adorable and very clean. The location was fantastic and it was just a short walk to old town and numerous beaches. The owner was very nice but didn&'t speak much english. The cooking area was huge as were the rooms. I will definitely be coming back!

We immediately felt at home. When we arrived, the hostess treated us with a delicious home made lemonade. Refreshing! Even though Nada (the owner) didn&'t speak English extremely well, she was extremely nice and helpfull. Her son and daughter did speak English extremely properly so we didnt have any problems with communicating. Fantastic guesthouse!

Hostess was friendly despite speaking little English (and us having even less Croatian) and right after showing us to our room brought us some awesome homemade lemonade. The terrace was nice to sit out on and the bathroom was fine. Hostess arranged for her neighbour to take us to the airport for a exceptional price.

Habitacion(con ventilador), cocina y bano muy limpios. Terraza increible para cenar y estar las noches calurosas. Madre e hija encantadoras. Bien situado a 15 minutos de la hold city y del puerto principal del que salen todos los ferris. Sitio muy recomendable

The owner is very nice, she greeted us with a biscuit and lemonade and gave us a city map. The facilities are clean and very comfortable, the location is noiseless and safe. One can park his car on the street or even within the owner's garage, if it's not full.
