The property was spotless clean. The location is great, 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 to 10 minute bus to the old town. Its also really cheap. The main thing I liked about this location was the owners were so helpful and just pretty people.

Luka and Jele were extremely friendly and helpful. We were picked up at the busstation. We got welcome drinks and Luka showed what the main points of interest of Dubrovnik are and gave us a lot of tips. The appartment was extremely clean along with the location is extremely good. It is near a boulavard with lots of restaurants and cafes. The bus to main center is only 10min. We had a wonderful time in appartment of Jele && Luka!

Clean and spacious with a lot of facilities- certainly value for money. Luka was very helpful on our arrival and talked us through the map and local area. The apartment had a lot of wardrobe space and even a kettle!

Friendliest place ever. Faraway from city center, however have a quick bus every 10 minutes, and day ticket is cheap(30 kuna) so you can easily come and go until 1 am.

Nice location on Iva Dulia, away from the riffraff but easy to get to. Easy walk to 2 beaches. Welcome refreshments on arrival :-). Luka and Jele are the most helpful hosts we&'ve had in any hostel/apartment to date. We had a longer stay in Dubrovnik and they helped organise tours/transfers, and were there to answer any questions.

They are extremely nice individuals who accommodate couples extremely well. Really great price for what we got. Nice room with a great sized bed. Had a refrigerator and a hot stove, but we didn&'t use the stove. Shower was nice, although the mat inside the shower wasn&'t nice to stand on. Luka picked us up and dropped us to the port/bus station when we needed it. Luka gave us the wireless web password.
