Friendly, helpful and informative owner who speaks reasonably good English. The spot is clean, room is spacious, fairly properly furnished and equipped with fridge, stoves, microwave, cooking utensils, plates, cutleries, good quality linen and towels.

Great location. Booked an ensuite room and it had a mini kitchen in it as well. Bus stop to old town just down the road. a few hills - but thats Dubrovnik! Wireless && aircon was great. Perfectly clean && quite. The host Stjepo can&'t do enough for you, from picking us up at the bus station, to finding us accomdation in a few weeks when we return (wanted to stay here but they were totally booked) to even taking care of our baggage for a week whilst we went travelling as we didn&'t desire to take it all. Absolute bargain of a place!

Amazing owner, really convenient location close to bus stop and marketplace inside the normal part of town :) Wifi even in bathrooms (unlike what&'s mentioned humbly by owner ). Nice cooking area cozy rooms dining hall and an open region as well Total value for money

The location was great for the beach and also the ease of getting into Dubrovnik old town. The host Stejpo was delightful and very helpful. Picked me up and dropped me of at the bus station to and from airport for free. Was full of valuable information which enables you to have an enjoyable holiday.

The owner was extremely helpful with information about the area. He picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station. There was a pleasant outdoor sitting region underneath a grape arbor/pergola. Situated in Lapad, the bus to Dubrovnik is a block away, then a ten minute ride into town. Restaurants in Lapad are less expensive than in Dubrovnik. The room has a small kitchenette with a fridge for drinks.

Spotlessly clean, reliable wi-fi. Room is large and comfortable with a kitchenette. &"Steve&" gave me a ride to the bus station when I left.

Such a great spot to stay. The property owner is extremely friendly! The guesthouse was really clean. Your room comes with your toaster, kettle, refrigerator along with plates, cups and utensils, which was a bonus. The bed was so cozy we never wanted to leave it. The bath rooms were always extremely clean. The property owner picks you up and drops you off for FREE at the bus station. The staff truely cared about there customers and were always there to help. Great value for your money. Loved the comforting stay!
