Good sized communal area. No cost computers to use in addition to the wifi.

The location was pretty good, only a few mins walk from the National Theatre. Spacious, with lots of common areas. Wifi worked throughout the whole hostel. Employees were very helpful and provided plenty of information about nearby attractions.

I stayed at this B+B for two days last week and had a really nice experience. The rooms are pretty sparse, but the costs can&'t be beat and it&'s in a very good location. Extremely straightforward walking distance to all of the sights. There are three bathrooms for the hotel, and there was often at least one available when I needed to take a shower. What really elevated this hotel for me was the incredibly helpful staff. I realized shortly right after arriving that I had left my cellphone on the Interbus, and they sprang into action, calling Interbus and getting the driver to drop off the phone. I don&'t know what I would have done without their help! They also had a nice airport pick-up service, and were just generally very willing to assist their travellers in any way possible. Can&'t say enough nice points about the employees I met during my stay!

A very good hostel/hotel in an excellent location in San Jose. Warm and friendly staff, nice and silent rooms, very good atmosphere. Very good value for money. I would stay here again.

The employees were extremely helpful and lovely. Close proximity to the city centre, but nonetheless noiseless and not too busy. Really nice place. We were upgraded to a bigger and better room which was great. Extremely accommodating.
