Seems like a family-run operation and also the employees was pleasing and helpful! No cost airport drop-off, but no pick-up. Only $6 cab from airport. Wireless and computers were convenient. First floor bathroom stalls accessible to everyone, for when the shared upstairs bath is occupied.

The employees was very nice and helpful. I felt very safe at this location which is situated right near the centre of Alajuela (about 2 blocks to the left and 3 blocks to the right). There are restraunts and &"sodas&" right here for a very good meal!
