The location is useful for the airport. The room was fantastic and also the breakfast extremely good. The manager was very useful and accommodating. There was no cost coffee and a very good communal kitchen. I would rate this Hostel as outstanding value for money.

Location, location, location This was my third time staying at Mi Tierra. It is very comfortable, clean and friendly. The breakfast is awesome.

Ivannia was really helfpul with booking transport to Monteverde. The hostel is a wonderful option for staying close to the Juan Santamaria airport (there isn&'t much to do in Alajuela, but the location is convenient). My room was really clean along with the beds weren&'t comfortable but satisfactory. Great option for Alajuela. Breakfast was nice as well.

Rooms and bathrooms were each very clean. Breakfast was fresh and excellent for us (fruit, bread, jam, eggs, rice and beans)

Common region and landscaping and decoration is nice. Room is clean, but quite old and run down. Bed linen and mattress are of very affordable quality.
