Best probable situated hostel in Popay&án. Nice atmosphere Comfy places to relax out (roof terrace, large common region on mainfloor). Friendly staff. Let US stay up late at the terrace. But extremely best quality-price hostel in Popay&án, as you will probably just stay here on
