Very great value for money. Noise from the street rather annoying, but a great location and we would use this one again.

Its difficult to think of things we liked - the location is prob its very best feature but means that you have to contend with literally hundreds of people as soon as you walk out the door. We found the employees unhelpful and initally they said we didnt have a booking, once the booking was found (it seems we got a discount at a busy time and they didnt seam happy about this) we were put in a tatty room with dirty and torn furnishing and peeling wall paper (more hostel than 3star hotel). The air con didnt cool the room and also the TV crackled so you couldnt watch it comfortablly. We complained and were moved to a different room but similar probs. No internet was offered at the hotel.

The position was excellent, the rooms were great. the view especially at night was outstanding. The markets at the back of the Drum Tower are good to visit. The staff are not as helpful as we have found in other hostels e. g. They don't give you local information on arrival. They act more like hotel staff than hostel staff.

Nice large hotel in an excellent location among the Bell and Drum Towers. Rooms were large, clean and in very very good condition. We spent a bit more than usual on the rooms but the convnience of the location and services offered more than made up for the extra cost.

Reception: warm and friendly and excellent english spoken (though not everyone)Negative thing is the noiseness (very loud) in the rooms facing the park.

The location is second to none, you step out the front door and you are between the drum tower and bell tower, and there is a great street to eat down very close.
