Staffs are warm and friendly and location is near traveler points of interest (like the west lake, prince bay park, he feng street etc) which are easily accessible by busses that are 15minutes walk from the hostel.

Lovely cosy warm room, super warm and friendly and helpful Employees who really took care of us (even made a cake on christmas! ). In case you are an animal lover this is also the location to be, two really cute resident cats.

Nice household room. Beautiful terrace. Our boys loved the animals in and around the hostel. Ideal situation outside Hangzhou but close to the hills along with the West Lake. Fantastic staff - very friendly and helpbul.

Lovely individuals often friendly and helpful. In a lovely location, the highest hostel we have ever stayed in and will absolutely be back. Jay-c is hilarious and made us really welcome. We miss it already. Really clean along with the food is fantastic 10/10 :)
