The room for 4 persons is very small and only a window to the courtyard. The matrasses are very bad. Hot water is only available from 8am to 12am. After that time you have to switch it on, sometimes it worksand sometimes not. Breakfastplaces are only six for the whole bunch of guest, you'll always have to wait in line. The bill you have to pay in US Dollars, if you decide to pay in lokal currency (as we do in all other hostels in Chile) you get an extreme bad conversion rate, and in addition to that, they try to overcharge you. This hostel is one of the worst, I've ever seen(maybe the worst at all), a real tourist trap.

I stayed at their new location right up the hill called Casa del Sol. It was excellent! It is extremely clean and just a quick walk down the hill to the beach. The owner is extremely friendly and the assistant was beyond helpful. Nothing but excellent things to say about it!
