The employees were really helpful and friendly with any issues or questions! Felt really at home in this hostel! The beds were really cozy and each person had a secure and secure locker for their belongings even though we never felt unsafe at any time. Not a far walk from the beach or the centre of town but slightly off the beaten track but the employees and people made up for that.

The breakfast was exceptional compared to other chilean hostels. They even had brown bread which is unheard of in Chile. I also liked the garden and also the sun beds which was exceptional for chilling out and socialzing.

It&'s a really pretty and spacious hostel. The staff were lovely, we arrived really early inside the morning, extremely tired from the bus and although we couldn&'t check in they let us sleep on the sofas and gave us blankets! Rooms were comfortabke and bath rooms were nice And clean. We were a little walk from the nice beaches but only 5 mins into town.
