The warm and friendly and helpful employees booked tours for us and answered any inquiries we had Our clean and comfortable room in annex was noiseless and had a gorgeous view of the volcano

Spent three amazing days and nights in this really cosy and clean hostel. I liked most of all the friendly staff, the nicely equipped kitchen, the location near to the Bus-Terminal in Vilarrica as nicely as the breakfast with tasty bread and even homemade cake! By the way I think that Villarrica is a far greater choice to stay than Puc&on, less touristic, a lot more authentic, cheaper. - and still extremely good bus connections to the National Park.

Beet and Claudia were wonderful hosts and very helpful with organising our trips. Breakfast was delicious and even though we had to get up at 5am to climb the volcano, they made sure breakfast was ready and waiting! As it was off season, we were the only guests so can't comment on if it is a fun place to meet people but the kitchen was a good space for hanging out as was the large front room, with loads of books, maps and games. Would most certainly recommend, Claire & Stewart (UK)
