A clean and friendly hostel. The managment is helpful and understanding. Although I stayed there limited to 8 hours, I felt comfortable.

We stayed in a Private Double with private bathroom along with the room itself exceeded our anticipations in terms of size. The room/s was enormous for a hostel along with the bathroom wasn&'t cramped either. The bed was fairly comfortable, the bathroom was clean with a hot shower and great water pressure, along with the extra couch and table were nice additions. The employees were incredible. Mario and Paula were overly helpful and attentive to our needs of adjusting to a new country and a new language and went out of their way to translate and write emails for us. Each possible need was catered to. I&'m not sure why this hostel has poor reviews as the employees and our room were beyond excellent.

The employees is fun, trying every day create some event to interact with guests. The location is perfect, really close of subway and nice neighborhoods.

The location was ok but if i could do it again stay in lastarria or bellavista, there are no bars or nightlife here.

Staff is above and beyond helpful and friendly. Bath rooms are always clean and stocked. 3 comps for wifi! Location is central! Finest breakfast i have seen in 4 months traveling. Had a excellent experiance here, indefinitely reccommend! Book online it&'s way more cost-effective than when u show In person.
