Location was close to centre but also conveniently located to other services and restaurants, bars etc.

The employees - Daniel && Pablo - were amazing, beyond helpful && were the only one that spoke English in a supposedly &"tri-lingual&" employees ( as per their brochure). The property is nicely located in a safe area - really close to Bella Vista, Bella Italia && 2 metro stops. Extremely clean property && definitely no bed bugs which is a excellent sign for any hostel. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice social area, very good location near to subway stops and able to walk to lots of very good places. Large comfy beds, lockers under the beds. A completely decent place to stay a few nights, breakfast was OK with fresh bread and jam/cereal. Superb size decent pool table and a small yard out the back.

The stuff, they are friendly and helpfull. When I was moved out of my room due to urgent maintance works to be done exactly where I was originally situated I got compensate with a far better and spacier room for three days.
