It is a wonderful location - quiet, comfy, the owner has all of the info you need about Punta Arenas. We had a private room with a private bathroom - both spotlessly clean! definetely worth the money. It is not in the centre of the city, but it&'s only 10 minutes on foort, not a problem. The breakfast is nothing great, but then it&'s just like most breakfasts in Chile or Argentina. The homemade cake was a nice touch.

The employees were fantastic and amazingly helpful! Always greeted us with a smile and nothing seemed to be a problem! Definately went far and beyond of the points they could do for us, even sending us a phone that I forgot inside the hostel!

Despite the language barrier, our host was a warm, friendly and hospitable lady who made us feel very welcome and did a mean load of washing. While the location is a bit out of town, it's more about the warmth and atmosphere of a place and despite being simple accommodation, it was a true backpackers' experience.
