Friendly and helpful owners - they gave us an incredible recommendation for dinner at the same time as places to see inside the area. The location was very good: close to Unimarc (a large supermarket), a lot of restaurants, shops, and sites. Extremely great breakfast, clean rooms.

Relaxed hostel located in short working distance from city centre. Owners were very nice and supported us greatly in planning our activities around Punta Arenas at the same time as the following trip to Puerto Natales / Torres del Paine NP.

Small and cosy place, extremely nice atmosphere. Sebastian, Marisol and Luis are extremely helpful and friendly. Possibility to book trips. Centric location, near to supermarket, bars and restaurants. Barbeque in patio.

Mehrsprachige Gastgeber, die freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit sind sowie umfangreiche Informationen zu m&oglichen Aktivit&aten und organisatorischen Fragen (z. B. Bus, Mietwagen) geben. Au&serdem sind sie bei der Buchung Letzterer behilflich, was prima ist, wenn man keine Ortskenntnis hat. Die Zimmer, B&ader und der Aufenthaltsbereich sind sauber. Es gibt No cost Wifi, einen zug&anglichen Computer, Waschm&oglichkeit und ein gutes Fr&uhst&uck (insbesondere das Brot). Noch ein Plus ist die Kinderfreundlichkeit.

Very friendly family, including the dogs! Enjoy this place. Wish I could stay for another night but they are full. that tells you how popular this location is. Really clean bathroom and greatest kitchen I had! Appreciate your stay here!

One of the highest breakfasts in all our hostel stays in S. America. Every morning there was a special item added to the breakfast (ie, creeps, omlettes etc. ). Very helpful staff. Clean and secure. I would definatly stay again.
