I liked: the hostal's location, one member of the staff with excellent English who was a good source of local history if you are interested in, a generous breakfast and the staff''s efforts for the guests to feel at home.

The property was clean and it had a lot of spaces exactly where to relax and meet individuals like an undercover area in the backyard with a pool table. We only used the cooking area to make tea and coffee but other travelers were seen making full use of the kitchen. Overall it was a very good experience.

Good beds and nice rooms, but the bathrooms need some atention. The shower keeps turning off and somentimes out of toilet paper. Extremely very good entertainment.

We loved the atmosphere, the breakfast and the facilities inside the common areas. The issue is that the rooms dont feel so clean (mostly because of the carpets, which are quite dirty) and theres a lot of noise from people walking on the same floor or climbing the stairs until late during the night and from early inside the morning.

Homely atmosphere, brilliant location 2 mins from the main square. A lot of dvds to watch if you fancy, books, and pool table (which we didnt use). Dead close to very good bars, eating places etc- La Luna opposite is great. Slightly rough and ready but extremely clean shared bathrooms with hairdriers. An pleasurable stay in a fascinating city.

Friendly hosts, comfortable communal areas and kitchen access
