The house is centrally heated. Our recently appointed kitchen is at your disposal through the day, though I will make breakfast for you, with homemade bread, jams and cereals, all included in our price.

I totally LOVED this hostel! The staff, cleanliness, rooms, cooking area and so on is beyond incredible! My favorite aspect was the convenience for travellers planning the trek to meet other travelers, discover missing supplies within the donation rea, and coordinate your trip with the awesome staff! Highly recommended!

We liked everything, comfortable beds, hot showers, pretty breakfast and super warm and friendly staff. The common area is large and open with ping pong table, computers and area to sit and drink. The storage lockers when hiking are large enough to store 2 larger backpacks.

Very warm and friendly and helpful staff. The beds are comfortable and clean AND free towels! The employees was helpful in any situation even with a full capacity of people. There are even free activities in the hostel for guests such as movie night and ping pong or billiards, book exchange, etc. I would suggest this location to everyone!

Its a fantastic spot to stay. Stuff is awesome, beds are very comfortable and also the breakfast is also very nice! If you&'re in Puerto Natales, go there!

Very warm and friendly staff - helpful with information about Torres del Paine as well as recommending an superb nearby restaurant. We felt quite at home here. Room was extremely cozy and clean. They also have on site washing service which came in handy at the end of a long trip. Would definitely stay here again next time.

The staff were incredibly friendly and had amazing knowledge of the location and activities on offer. Place was really clean. Excellent showers and staff had no problem accomodating to individual travellers.
