This hostel is basic but clean. It is an awesome base in case you are going to Torres del Paine as it is near to the centre and the bus station. They were also nice enough to look following our large backpacks while we were there so we didn&'t have to take them with us which was fab!

The family is really nice, the place is clean and close to the center and their traveler agency has a lot of offered services. Also the price was really good!

Good 1st impression when met unexpectedly at late bus, then taken to market place to shop in the middle of the night (only in town a few hours), soon after which required bus tickets were sorted in-house. Sad to say the spot is filthy - rooms and bath rooms apparently never cleaned - and tiny cubicle shower hand-held as broken and hot water ran out. Breakfast very basic, and spot lacks any enjoyable - think off-putting to make yourself at home as it is a household home, and people use it as an overnight stop.
