This was an awesome hostel, especially for someone traveling alone. The employees were all really nice and helpful (I never had a question they couldn&'t answer). Everyday there are activities and day trips on provide for free which were so much fun and really helped within the way of meeting other people. The restaurant region downstairs was also awesome, plenty of food and drinks and the breakfast was often stocked (and free too which is fantastic to start off the day). This hostel had an awesome setting and I never failed to make new friends whilst I was there. I would definitely stay again. The location was also great. Heaps of public transport around and in walking distance of most items within the city. There is no doubt I got value for money.

Great location. The bar has an excellent atmosphere, and hosted plenty on social activities. Cooking area is really properly equipped, clean and large, the common location is large and really comfortable. Food served in bar is superb also and cheap. The employees were really friendly and on the ball. I will be staying there again

Cheapest Beer in Town, Warm and friendly and organised staff, who cared about the hostel by arranging different activities. Thank you Doug && Stephanie for arranging the Comedy Night, Granville Island Tour and Hockey Match. Their knowledge of the area is superb.
