When we visit a new hostel we do the &"clean check &" - checking the room for dust! Let me tell you there sre a lot of dusty hostels out there, but the ambassador was an exception! We came with low expactations and were overwelmed by the nice looking room and washroom as properly as the warm and friendly staff.

Very clean and tidy. Room was basic but that was all we needed. The room had TV, safe, fridge, sink and desk. Also drawers and an region for hanging clothes. Bathrooms were shared per floor, but we private bathrooms - not cublicles. Bathrooms were very clean. Towels were provided and there was a kitchen on site. We travelled with an infant and this was perfect. Also location can not be beat

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel/hostel. Very clean throughout. Pleasing rooms with comfortable beds. Clearly recently decorated. Very quiet. Kitchen clean and well stocked. Bathrooms often clean, and towels provided. Employees friendly and helpful. Very good central location, remarkable value for money considering this.

Perfect location, Magdalena on reception was fantastic, so helpful and friendly. This is not a spot to meet individuals and mingle, but its nice and quiet. The lodging is basic, but is all you need. Extremely comfortable stay :)

My negative encounter with the hotel far outweighs any of the positives sadly but I guess location was decent enough. Had no cost wifi, though only really worked in lobby region as was coming from coffee shop down the road.

Excellent location, no need to take a bus in downtown. Very clean and have a lots of very good facilities, specially the nice kitchen.
