It was near to town, cooking area facilities and that it was quiet. The beds were cozy and it wasin a quiet spot. We were hesitant of staying here right after reading other reviews but we survived and it actually wasn&'t a really that bad as what people made it out to be.

The owner Maggie was very nice and accommodating. Great value for money. The rooms are quite basic but the location was fantastic for the price.

Not that much. Only great thing about it was the large cooking area and also the reasonable proximity to the center of the town. It is quiet if thats what your after. Breakfast is ok-includes bagel and boiled egg (nothing else). There is no cost filter coffee all day.
