The property was fantastic - wonderful breakfast. And staff. Sad to say for us we were doubled booked so didn&'t get to stay in the hotel until the last night. The manager apologised (we were phoned in advance but already travelling and unable to uncover a replacement hotel with the same standards and cost on brief Notice) and following us asking agreed to give us a small discount. The temporary hotel was ok yet not anything near the brilliant standard of italia itself. When staying in the hotel was very impressed. and we did get given free champagne, wi-fi and breakfast everyday. Sadly as we did fully receive what we booked cannot give this 100% but I&'m sure if we had - it would get 110%

Hotel Italia is an exceptional place for your money as it offers all facilities you need either you are in a few day city break (located not far from the Old Nessebar) or on sunbathing holiday on the beach of the Black Sea (it&'s got a private gym so you can pump your muscles just before you lie down on the sandy beach). Employees are very pleasant, they speak a lot of languages like English, Italian, Russian, Bulgarian, etc. so you can understand yourself very easy. And finally one of the most essential attributes is: abundant continental breakfast which is included inside the room price.
