Everything! The staff were really friendly and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Food was extremely tasty and cheap. Rooms were spacious and clean. Outstanding value for money and they were extremely happy to help you out with extra items like day trips, ski hire, use of car, taxis etc. An amazing hotel :-)
