This is the second time I have stayed here, the last time being about 1 1/2 years ago. In that time the rooms have received a facelift and present very nicely. a very very good basic option for Sao Paulo. Will defintely stay again.

Safe, clean, well equipped room for a centrally located stay. It's not a backpackers heaven but a very decent place to stay in Sao Paolo

As others have said this is a lot more like a hotel than a hostel. However it is clean and nicely located. The employees are helpful when asked but are not proactive in informing their guests. The only computer offered was virtually unusable. So web connection only with your laptop.

Value for the money is very good. Silent place just to sleep and to go to the city and do Your own things.

They were flexible and helpfull with advice and responded quickly to any issues/requests I had - The cab we asked reception to book for us for our return flight was there and on time along with a call to confirm we were up and ready. However, they did give us a double twin room initially but changed it for a double bed quickly when we complained)
