The space has a lot of potential. It is an artist loft space with pillows to lounge and high ceilings. I'd like to see it when they actually have music shows or dance classes. The owner is nice and friendly.

A friendly, fun, and open environment. The beds made me suspiciously itchy, but it's laid back atmosphere and simplicity made it a wonderful place to meet fellow broke travelers. I would highly recommend Bispo if you don't need many accommodations.

Fantastic hostel - laid back, airy, great value, great location and amazing people! Truly one of a kind and one of the best free breakfasts. Other advantages are the complete lack of curfew and party atmosphere. Staff were really friendly too. Can't recommend enough! We stayed for carnival and the local area was really lively, and we didn't feel too overcharged for the room.

The location is perfect, directly at the Praca da Se in the city center! The Google Maps Link is wrong! It's also a really good option for carnival!

Beautifull place! Excellent location in center of the old city in salvador. A excellent breakfast included! No internet, laundry- or other services avaliablke at the hostel
