The location is in Botafogo which is a relatively secure neighborhood. It has a nice rooftop as nicely as the beds are stable enough

Uma &otima localiza&c&ao perto da praia de Botafogo, a 3 cuadras do metr&o, o quarto &e limpo e organizado, os funcion&arios foram super prestativos e atenciosos, em especial Carlos e S&onia, a cozinheira. Caf&e da manh&a &e otimo (caf&e, leite, sucos, p&ao, queijo, presunto, frutas) desde o terra&co tem vista ao Cristo Redentor. Obrigado por tudo!

Booked a private double room with ensuite. Really clean, room cleaned everyday. Bathroom fantastic with warm water all the time. Breakfast was brilliant, fresh fruit, beautiful rolls, cake, fantastic coffee. House cooked meals inside the evening, fantastic value. I&'m a vegetarian and found enough to eat. Able to do washing upstairs on top balcony. Warm and friendly staff who speak English. Great caprhianas @ $r6

A good rooftop terrace with a view of Christ the Redeemer and joined to the bar with air conditioner at night. Living among the rooftops of Botafogo. Evening meal was available in the hostel for R$12: very handy and good value for money, and the kitchen staff were very friendly. Baggage storage was available when I arrived prior to check-in.
