Despite not being in a fantastic location, (a little inside the middle of nowhere! ) this is a amazing place to stay. The employees are lovely, the hostel clean, cozy and with everything you need. The points of interest are incredible. Highly recommend this place. It is worth staying here and putting up with the buses, than staying at somewhere far much more expensive and not nearly as good in a far better location. We liked it so much wereturned for another stay when we had one night left just before returning home.

Great vantage point with view of Corcovado. House away from home feel. Breakfast was exceptional with freshly baked cakes to boot. Only disadvantage is having to take buses as it is a tad isolated but it was good enough for me.

Breakfast was amazing. View from the place was brilliant - could see from Sugar Loaf to Christ the Redeemer. Organised really good tours. Staff were lovely. Local van stops outside to take you to metro.
