ONE member of staff was really helpful with information about Rio and often with a smile! Beds were comfortable except that they were wrapped in blue plastic. Finest part was the great pillow!

Relatively safe place to stay within the &"Rio conditions&". Efficient air-conditionning within the rooms (too bad that operating just during the nights).

It is in Botafogo in between the centre and also the well known beaches. Metro is very close. Botafogo port too. From the balkony you have the view to Corcovado.

Location is good (pretty close to Metro station), prices for beverages (beer, watrer, coke. ) are fair.

Better than average. Small rooms but this is par for the course in Rio. Room was cleaned daily. Aircon worked. Room cleaned each day. They upgraded us to a room with private. Room was expensive for what you get, but cheapish by Rio standards. Breakfast each day was very good.

Close to metro and inside walking distance of sugarloaf mountain and also the beaches. It had a pool table.
