The employees are warm and friendly and always happy to help; they always greeted me with a large smile and always called me by my name, which made a lovely personal touch. The beds were very comfortable, the sheets and towels etc come fresh and clean in a plastic bag when you first arrive. The hostel itself is open, spacious and bright and lets for all of the guests to mingle and chat. There are plenty of bath rooms so you never have to wait long to use the shower. The rooftop breakfast area boasts the most breathtaking points of interest throughout the day, a lovely location to relax and chill out away from the hustle and bustle of the lively streets of Manaus.

Amazing environment at the hostel. the breakfast was really nice and you could make your own omlettes which was nice. The beds within the dorm were comfortable too

Breakfast is very good and it&'s a short walk the the Opera House, Habour, and parks.

Helpful staff and tour operator, basic breakfast included. We booked the night before on hostelbookers but they did not have a booking for us they did however have a room available. Don&'t go across the road to the restaurant for food as we waited for 20 mins and got ignored and ended up leaving to get a burger on the road from a lot a lot more warm and friendly guy.

Nice breakfast. Helpful staff. Although the tour agency is extremely expensive and you can get cheaper costs outside, the ticket costs for boat trips that can be bought at reception were exactly same as the official costs at the ticket office. It&'s great to know the hostel itself is honest and doesn&'t try and rip off travellers on a budget. Avoid the travel agency though!
