The receptionists were extremely warm and friendly and helpful. The organized a fan for me when the room was too hot. In my floor there were 3 toilets and 3 showers and I never had to queue up. They were also kept extremely clean. The location is excellent within the old town. Straightforward access to the busand railway station by tram.

Great location right inside the centre of the old town. The owners are extremely friendly and also the satelite television was great inside the midst of a storm when all of the eating places closed inside the evening. Recommend

Really lovely and multilingual family running this hostel. We were so impressed with the the cleanliness of the hostel. t was also quiet, secure and extremely peaceful. The girls were reliable and helpful wth airport transport. Also had a extremely special touch with the cute dolls, slippers and lollies on pillows. So accommodatng! Everyone should stay here and exerience this extremely friendly place.
