The agency employees were really friendly and helpful but there was some confusion over my booking and what was on offer. i was upgraded to a solo room for free. The food within the hotel was very good but somewhat overpriced and also the room was comfortable.

The service was excellent, people really kind and willing to help you. The location is close to hotel also travel agency and are willing to help you arranging your travels around Bangladesh, and really affordable!

Some of the staff are very useful and when you ask for some thing it will definitely be fixed. Close to the airport and ATMs within the vicinity. Internet worked well.
