The hostel felt secure and clean. The staff was warm and friendly and attentive. It felt more like a hotel than a hostel, which depending on your preferable can be a positive or a negative.

More like a hotel than a hostel. Spotless en-suite bathroom among 5 people, with soap and shower gel provided. Rooms were often completely clean. Each bed had its own shelf, plug point and light. Employees were warm and friendly and helpful. Kitchen downstairs with microwave. Close to 2 U-Bahn stations, near to a gorgeous canal with amazing pop-up restaurants inside the summer. The buffet breakfast was pretty very good value.

The hostel was one of the nicest I have stayed at, it was nicely worth the money! The staff were all warm and friendly and helpful, they provided me with fantastic city maps and were just generally smiley and welcoming which was lovely. It was also extremely clean, even the downstairs bath rooms for general use were spotless. The decoration was simple, bright and nice. The breakfast was low-cost and also the only downside was that it was hard to pull myself away from the breakfast table to go out! There was a nice setting too. I plan on returning to gorgeous Vienna, and I&'d definitely sat here again! Thanks for the service :)

Everywhere inside the hotel was extremely clean that it worths double of normal price. Recepcionists were kind and could speak well English.

The cleanliness, the fantastic breakfast, guest cooking area facilities (it is nice to be able to make a cup of tea when you want) the friendly and helpful staff, the number of charging outlets, including the individual outlets for all our tech goodies, the games facilities, the cafe bar. It was a completely professionally run hostel.

Todo genial, es rollo como un hotel, pero en vez de habitaciones de 1 o 2 camas, tienen 6 camas. Todo genial, la cocina, el hall, etc.

It was super clean, along with the standard was high. There was a huge lobby and a cozy kitchen. I also liked the fact that there was a private bathroom and a restroom. The staff were helpful. For me, the location was fine - I had a nice walk to the metro station. I would suggest it to my pals && come back when I have a chance.
