Lovely hotel. Tidy 7 clean. nice employees && the cake inside the afternoon was lovely. They should bring out a recipe book. The breakfast was also fabulous.

Hotel Papageno exceeded our anticipations in a lot of ways. We had seen some adverse reviews on the net soon after making our booking, but our initial fears were soon dispelled. We felt the adverse reports to be hyperbole and for the rate the rooms were being offered some comments appeared to be unfair. We found the employees to be friendly and hospitable. hotel Papageno is near to a major transport hub at Kaiserplatz and close walking distance to the Vienna market and to the Belvidere. For people who did not wish to walk there was a tram stop on the next block or a metro stop inside 5 mins walk. There were an excellent mixture of traditional and a lot more modern day restaurants nearby. The hotel was close also to food marketplaces and other facilities. The room we had was properly equipped as properly as the d&ecor of our room was traditional. Some traditional capabilities of the building were nonetheless in spot as properly as the holiday accommodation was situated on levels shared by local residents and we felt this added to the charm of the place. The rooms were clean spacious and properly furnished. We were glad to have a a lot more traditionally equipped room on level 5 but the hotel also had some a lot more recently restored rooms on the lower levels. The use of a computer was also obtainable to travelers and a supply and tea and coffee and a cake was made obtainable to travelers in the afternoons. The hotel foyer was a comfortable spot to sit in the afternoons and we found it a boon while planning our evenings in the city. We are looking forward to returning to Vienna and will certainly hope to stay at hotel Papageno again.

I stayed for two nights at the Papageno and can highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are clean and are beautyfully furnished. Breakfast is fantastic ans staff is extremely helpful.

Staff was really nice, we had some trouble and they helped us right away, they are all kind and helpful. breakfast was awesome, they had really good food. the room and bathroom were massive and clean.

This is a fantastic Hotel. The room is huge, nice shower and a safe within the room. The employees we all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic, there is certainly a huge selection of what ever you could want. There is certainly also no cost coffee, tea and cake within the day and no cost fruit on the counter. The location is great, just a brief walk to the centre of the city and trams on the road outside and a train station within walking distance. We loved this hotel. Best when staying in Vienna.
