We&'re lucky there is no one else in the apartment during 5 nights of our stay here. We got the red room with window with nice view [ the park ]. Very clean apartment. Cooking area is well equipped. Washer + TV + WiFi [ great speed ] available. Good location - near a lot of shops. You need to take a bus [ 100 metre walk from the apartment ] to get to the nearest [ Keplerplatz ] U-bahn station but a lot bus accessible [ every single 6 mins ]. Just few station to get to the main city center [ Karlplatz / St Stephenplatz ]. I would recommend this place.

Cheap, kitchen, wifi, tv; some people said the property owner is not friendly, as I saw the lady might not speak extremely well English, but she tried her finest to me, even she does not smile a lot, but for a private apartment, that's not a large deal

We stayed in the &'red room&', although we booked the green one. This place is not a normal hotel, but a room in an apartment, along with the owner lives in the same apartment, one room next door. We didn&'t see her during our stay, she keeps to her own apartment. She was not very friendly to us. One fantastic disadvantage of this room was that one of the beds beds is really bad. You feel the metal bed-frame when you are laying on the mattress. I woke up next days with my back hurting.
