The accommodation was a complete apartment with everything one would need. Absolute privacy, which is some thing that a hostel doesn&'t offer you and a hotel can&'t offer you for the same price. Outstanding value for money. Good for smokers because smoking was permitted on the apartment balcony but not inside. On a personal note, Arabella arranged for me to have an apartment with a balcony when I mentioned I was a smoker, even though I had originally booked one without, and for no extra cost.

Great spot to stay, staff is really warm and friendly and helpful. The Guesthouse is near to Subway. If we get any chance to go to Viena again, we will definitely want to stay here. I do recomment this guesthouse.

We really enjoyed the convenience of the Metro, the grocery stores, the wonderful eating places near by. We could have saved a lot more money by cooking more. Again we loved the view from our balcony.

GuestHouse Arabella was an awesome experience. Arabella was a fantastic host and helped us have an awesome 3 days inside the city. She does your laundry for FREE which is a huge plus as properly as the property is very close to the HBF. Also, I forgot a very small expensive piece of personal property there and she offered to mail it to be which is so generous and kind!
