Really superb central location, nice helpful warm and friendly staff, lots of comfortable couches to relax out in, massive kitchen, they offer you fantastic discounts on some of the far more expensive touristy items like the Aquarium, Sydney Tower etc. Rooms are fine too, if you book the girl only dorm you get free towel and toiletries which is nice!
