Does not look superb from the outside but inside its lovely, the rooms are big, clean and well equipped. The only downside is the staff, there is certainly never anyone at reception, its only open from 2-6 and most times noone is even there for that, other than that it was an excellent place to stay.

Very nice, upmarket hostel/hotel. Spacious rooms, extremely helpful staff. Quite expensive, but we were there over New Year so understandable. Close to fantastic Coogee beach and lots of stores etc. Wireless is an additional $10 a day :-(
