If you're between 18-22 years old and just need a place to crash, this place will work. It's close to the beach, the Corso, and the bars. It's a fair walk from the ferries, especially with luggage, but it's manageable.

There were no towels, the knobs on the drawer were falling off, the shower door was difficult to close, the second bathroon outside was terrible. The employees when we checke in was horribly rude. The explanation of the accomodation was confusing, actually it was totally missleading, mentioning apartements in a 3 story building yet the accomodation we were booking was in a single floor. The fan inside the room did not actually cool the room. The net access was $5 for an hour, we paid and then when we tried to access the net only worked for 25min ahead of cutting off, there were no employees around at all and so we had no net access which we needed for making bookings. The misleading other informaiton section talks about a sofa bed and balcony, there were none of these it sounds like it was talking about a different property yet the description was also up on the wall of the bungalow when we checked in.

Manly Bungalows is in a great location in Manly and it served our purposes as a place just to lay our head at teh end of the day. However, I would not stay here again as it doesn't have a great atmosphere and the rooms were freezing at night.

Cheap and cheerful! We were made very welcome on arrival and shown to our room despite arriving early in the day. The staff were friendly but once we were in we didn't see much of them. That's not a criticism just the way it was. The room was a self contained studio flat with a bedroom and kitchen. The separate shower room and toilet were shared with the other residents. Other than leaving our bags there and sleeping we didn't spend much time there only staying for a couple of nights. One minor criticism was in the way the room was set up. There wasn't much in the way of natural light. The resulting dingy feel wasn't great during the day but less of a problem at night obviously. The room felt dirty and perhaps had been cleaned rather hurriedly before our early arrival. Things were missed.

Nice garden and every room has it's own kitchen facilities. It's close to the beach
