Good location, mostly the staff were helpful and enjoyable especially the head receptionist, the other lady on duty when I booked in was having a bad hair day, verging on rude to myself and other customers

The young lady officer during 2. 30-4. 00 a. m. on April 15, 2010, was very helpful - she's helped several times calling the prepaid Connect Van (to Perth Intl Airport) who was very late to pick up us and made us very nervous.
