A wonderful TV Room with a location to sit down and eat at the same time as relaxing on the sofa&'s. The employees keep the whole location very clean and organised. Also a reasonable outdoor area to sit down in. The employees and guests were friendly. The setting was lively as individuals had been living there for a whilst so most individuals new one another.

It was clean, quiet ad fairly near to Northbridge and town yet not too close. I know it depends on the clientele but there were no problems with raucous behaviour but it was still extremely sociable. Fantastic garden and warm and friendly staff too. Rooms were large, n uncrowded and beds comfortable.
