Close to the city centre the employees were very helpful! This place has a grotty sort of charm but if cleaniness is high on your priority.

The hotel staff (especially Kate and Lara) are cool - really helpful and massive smiles all round. The location is your average hostel but ideal location and a great location to meet other people. Somewhere to park the car too!
