Victor Lodge is a great option for those on a budget but who dont necessairly want to stay inside the YHA. Its a little dated but the staff were friendly as well as the place was clean. Its a bit out of the city but get a bus to Kingston or Wentworth Avenue and from each those stops, it is only a 5 minute walk to the lodge. The surrounding location is really silent and we got a exceptional nights sleep on what were nice comfortable beds.
