The place had a extremely warm and friendly and helpfully communicative staff, and had a really welcoming feeling of the hallway then the large, cumbersome primary room that you then enter, with some view from a little outdoor area

Free luggage storage, fast and low priced internet, fantastic location right near Woolworths and eateries and bus stops, no street noise, the lady on reception was extremely specialized in running a outstanding hostel, and it&'s fantastic to finally have a decent option to the badly run Canberra YHA.

The whole experience was brilliant! It was really professionally run and made me feel secure and comfortable. Really felt management were caring, warm and friendly and obliging. Has everything that you need and more! I really enjoyed my time there and it&'s the really best value for price and location. All facilities around the location provided exceptional affordable food and all services were really close by. Really silent location compared to Youth hostel in central Canberra (friend stayed there && said was really noisy most nights && found it hard to get great nights sleep) and fantastic cozy beds! Best backpackers I&'ve stayed in for a while!
