I came down in the afternoon with a mate as we were seeing a concert that night and we left next morning early. We were in and out but the impressions that I did get was that it&'s an incredible hostel and I would easily stay there again

Location. Central to everything and also a convenient parking location out the back. Old style meters that take 20c pieces 4mins per 20c.

Really lovely, plenty of space. Lots of areas to meet individuals and enough to have your own space. Incredible location as I was visiting a friend at ANU just next door and seems to be plenty of cool items going on around. Blonde lady on reception when I checked in was totally stunning and really helpful

The Canberra YHA is clean and tidy - I would even recommend it to families if they don&'t mind numerous young individuals around. At night, it was very quiet. There are plenty of facilities: a pool, a kitchen, a TV, . . We hired bicycles for $20 a day, which is very cheap. The employees was warm and friendly as nicely as the location couldn&'t be better - it&'s in the city centre. There is certainly a bar where you can get cheap food and drinks in case you show your YHA room key.
