We stayed for a few days while visiting the Barrier Reef, we chose this hostel due to the fact its the nearest to the where the boat trips begin from. The location was great! Had a nice environment too, it wasnt one of those messy party hostels, we actually met people we could have a conversation with!

This location is amazing. I have stayed in lots of hostels in Australia and this is the very best location I have stayed. Fantastic location as the lagoon is literally accross the road and very clean with really warm and friendly staff. I wished I could live at Cairns Waterfront Backpackers.
