I only stayed one night and had a private room so didn&'t use a lot of the facilities but everything I did experienced was great. staff were really friendly and helpful. Fantastic location, simple walk to South Bank.

Most of the employees were really friendly (apart from one moody receptionist) We got a free up grade from a 8 bed to a 6 bed when we checked in (but when we wanted to extend our stay - we then got charged the extra for the 6 bed we were in - which utter sucks! ) Really great meal/drink deals, close to west end, but waaay to faraway from center n valley. There is certainly a free bus that goes near the center every hour but only till 10. this should be 11 or 12 o clock Rooms had balcony, refrigerator n clean

Free shuttle to the city, both transport and nightlife places, hourly for most of the day which is really helpful when planning trips out.

The location was exceptional along with the shuttle to and from the bus station was awesome. The employees were warm and friendly and obtainable to help.
